When it comes to showing off for a camera, leave it to Serena Williams to have a smashing good look.

Williams recently took part in a new ad campaign for Janie & Jack, a children’s clothing brand. Since this involves children, why not have Williams’ daughters come along for the fun?

Olympia and Adira Williams, Serena’s daughters, showed off some children’s clothes as they took part in the ad. All three of them wore matching dresses at one point. It looks like they all had a good time sharing camera time.

What did Serena Williams think of the photo shoot? “Having my girls in the campaign was only right because this collection is all about family,” Williams said in an interview with People. “Olympia had so much fun expressing her style, and Adira, even at her young age, loved being part of it in her own way. They were naturals.”

This marked the first time that Serena had been involved in an ad campaign with her two daughters. She looked upon it as a new experience for all of them. As a mom, Serena was very proud of how her daughters showed up and worked together.

Don’t be too surprised if all three pop up again for another ad campaign. Serena Williams will have plenty of other opportunities to share camera time with her kids.

Paige Spiranac has confessed that she was left ‘shaking like a leaf’ when she first met Tiger Woods.

The model, who boasts over four million followers on Instagram alone, is quite the golf enthusiast – frequently sharing clips of herself online, giving fans tips and tricks to try out on the course. As a lover of the game, it comes as little to no surprise that the 31-year-old was seriously fangirling when she met one of golf’s greatest-ever talents.

Recalling their meeting in an Instagram Q&A, Spiranac said that Woods gave her a short lesson at a charity event. “I have a lot of pretty cool stories that I would want to share. But unfortunately, when I do, when I meet someone, the comments are, ‘Oh, he ****** her’.

“And it’s like, ‘No, I can have a normal interaction with someone’. It’s disrespectful to me and to that person, and if they have a wife or significant other. So, bearing that in mind, I did fan girl over Tiger Woods.

“He’s the only person I got so incredibly nervous over while having a lesson at his charity event. I was shaking like a leaf, I was so nervous. But he was so nice. That was one moment where I was like, ‘I can’t believe this is my life.'”

Considered to be the greatest golfer of all time by many, Woods has enjoyed an incredible 28-year career to date, picking up 82 total wins on the PGA Tour. That’s not to mention his 15 major titles – the first coming the year after he turned pro at the 1997 Masters.

Woods has spent a grand total of 683 weeks as the World No. 1 ranking, with his 11 PGA Tour Player of the Year awards and PGA Player of the Year awards a testament to his hard work. However, the now 49-year-old has slowed down, failing to win a major championship since the 2019 Masters.

At 1239th in the Official World Golf Rankings, Woods’ last PGA Tour win came in the same year as the 2019 Zozo Championship. Woods only entered five tournaments in 2024, with his best finish coming in 60th at the Masters with an overall score of 16-over-par.

He is yet to return to the links in 2025, taking time away from the sport following the passing of his mother, Kultida, last month. In a statement, Woods said: “It is with heartfelt sadness that I want to share that my dear mother, Kultida Woods, passed away early this morning.

“My Mom was a force of nature all her own, her spirit was simply undeniable. She was quick with the needle and a laugh. She was my biggest fan, greatest supporter, without her none of my personal achievements would have been possible.

“She was loved by so many, but especially by her two grandchildren, Sam and Charlie. Thank you all for your support, prayers and privacy at this difficult time for me and my family. Love you, Mom.”

The WBO has officially ordered heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk to defend his title against interim champion Joseph Parker, but nothing is set in stone.

While the WBO has set a 30-day negotiation period for the fight to be arranged, the final decision rests with Usyk, and he may opt to vacate the belt in favor of a more lucrative bout against IBF champion Daniel Dubois. “Please be advised that the WBO World Championship Committee is ordering the commencement of negotiations between the fighters to fulfill the WBO mandatory championship obligation in the Heavyweight Division,” the WBO statement says.

“As a result, the WBO Interim Championship shall be terminated in compliance with our policy of having only one world champion per weight class. “The parties have 30 days to reach an agreement. Failure to do so will result in this Committee ordering purse bid proceedings in accordance with WBO Regulations of World Championship Contests.”

WBO Orders Oleksandr Usyk to Fight Joseph Parker - Arise News

Re: Negotiations – WBO Mandatory Heavyweight Championship Contest Oleksandr Usyk vs. Joseph Parker https://t.co/Syi1MBds0a — WBO (@WorldBoxingOrg) March 13, 2025

Parker, who lost the WBO title to Anthony Joshua in 2018, has worked his way back into contention with six consecutive victories, including wins over Deontay Wilder, Zhilei Zhang, and Martin Bakole.

The 33-year-old New Zealander has revamped his style since his knockout loss to Joe Joyce in 2023 and now stands as Usyk’s mandatory challenger. Usyk, however, could have bigger financial incentives elsewhere. The Ukrainian, fresh off consecutive victories over Tyson Fury, could stand to make significantly more by facing Dubois, whom he previously defeated in 2023.

A rematch would not only be a more marketable fight but could also allow Usyk to compete for the undisputed heavyweight crown. Fan interest is also a factor, and considering Parker’s style has been labeled as less entertaining compared to other top heavyweights, a Usyk-Parker fight would likely struggle to generate significant pay-per-view sales. If Usyk, 38, follows the money, Parker may be left without his long-awaited title shot while the heavyweight division continues to shift around its biggest names.

Anthony Joshua could be handed a shot at Daniel Dubois’ world title after Oleksandr Usyk and Joseph Parker were ordered to begin negotiations for a mandatory heavyweight clash.

The WBO has revealed that the two teams have 30 days to reach terms following Parker’s win over Martin Bakole last month. In a publicly released notice, the WBO said: “Please be advised that the WBO World Championship Committee is hereby ordering the commencement of negotiations between the subject matters fighters to discharge the WBO mandatory championship obligation in the Heavyweight Division.

“By virtue of this order, the WBO Interim Championship shall be terminated expeditiously in compliance with our institutional policy of only one world champion per weight class. The parties have 30 days to reach terms. Failure to do so will result in this Committee ordering purse bid proceedings in accordance with WBO Regulations of World Championship Contests.”

Usyk’s last fight came back in December when he defeated long-time rival Tyson Fury via unanimous decision in Riyadh. As for Parker – the WBO interim title-holder – the Kiwi star now seemingly looks set to challenge for the Ukrainian’s title next as he looks to become a world champion once again.

Usyk recently set out his retirement plan and revealed he wants two more fights before calling it a day. In an interview with Sky Sports, Usyk – an undisputed champion at both heavyweight and cruiserweight – said: “I will fight who will win, Joseph Parker, Daniel Dubois, no problem. I think two years, one and a half [left in boxing]. I feel great myself. I feel I have two fights to prepare [for], not more. Just two.”

However, those plans were potentially scuppered after Dubois pulled out of his clash with Parker due to illness. Despite the Brit pulling out, Usyk is still targeting a rematch with ‘Triple D.’ That said, Dubois may have to wait a little while longer but news will come as a boost to Joshua as it could set him up with a rematch with Dubois. ‘AJ’ hasn’t fought since he was knocked out by ‘Triple D’ back in September at Wembley Stadium. The two stars were due to face off right away earlier this year, but Joshua wasn’t deemed fit enough to compete.

Joshua has been tipped to fight Fury this year, despite the latter’s retirement announcement. However, ‘AJ’ was handed a real blow after boxing trainer Andy Lee, who is also Fury’s cousin, revealed the former world champion has no interest in returning. Asked if he is in touch with the ‘Gypsy King’, Lee told iFL TV: “[It’s] just the odd message here and there and he seems very happy. [He said], ‘Andy I’m not f****d.’ That’s what he said. ‘I couldn’t be f****d with it.’ He’s very happy. As bad as it sounds, it depends what the figure is for Tyson. It has to motivate him to come out of retirement. He seems very happy.”

Eddie Hearn has said “there’s quite a few things happening” regarding the return of Anthony Joshua.

The former heavyweight champion, who suffered a devastating defeat in September to Daniel Dubois at Wembley Stadium, was hopeful of a quick turnaround into a rematch with IBF champion Dubois, but suffered an injury – believed to be to his arm – and could not start training camp again quickly enough to make a projected February 22 date for the return.

“Daniel Dubois, I think, will fight AJ this summer, if we want. And AJ wants to fight [Tyson] Fury,” said Hearn.

“We know right now [since Fury retired] that’s not an option. But I just want to throw a few other names into the mix and say, because we’re in March and he’ll probably fight in July, or something like that. So I just want to get the flavor. The flavor in Saudi [where Joshua was in attendance for Joseph Parker-Martin Bakole as part of the DAZN broadcast team] was, ‘I want Fury. If I can’t get Fury, I’d like Dubois.’”

Hearn then said: “And I think everyone’s dangerous. So why not fight for the world heavyweight title?

“’You could fight [Agit] Kabayel, you could fight [Zhilei] Zhang, you could fight Bakole, you could fight Parker.’ Parker’s as dangerous as Dubois, in my opinion. And he’s got no world heavyweight title. So we’ll have a conversation, and we’re going to start making some decisions.”

Asked about the February 22 date, Hearn said Joshua would not have been able to have had a long enough camp.

“And then you don’t do anything for a month, and then it [the injury] is playing up. That’s why, despite people thinking that he ducked February 22nd, there’s absolutely no way he could ever be anywhere near ready for February 22nd,” said Hearn.

Asked about Joshua’s fitness now, Hearn said his client “was firing on all cylinders”.

“My philosophy is eat to live. Don’t live to eat,” Serena once said while talking to Women’s Health during a Nintendo gaming event.

And she was spot on, wasn’t she? Reaching GOAT status in any sport isn’t just about relentless training and mastering your craft, a disciplined diet plays just as much of a role. But even the most dedicated athletes have their moments of indulgence with food! Despite being known for her strict food regimen, Serena recently shared a hilariously relatable car ride moment that any true foodie would appreciate. So, what went down?

We’ve all heard stories of Serena Williams’ legendary food cravings. Who could forget when she had such an intense craving for Italian food that her husband, Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, whisked her off to Venice just for a plate of fresh pasta? Well, that was back in 2018, a mere 18 months after their fateful first meeting at a hotel in Rome. With their ten-month-old daughter, Alexis Olympia, in tow, the couple jetted off to Italy all because the former Olympic Gold winner needed the real deal. Alexis even shared a picture of their adventure, humorously captioning it, “She wanted Italian for dinner, so…” with the geotag proudly marking ‘Venezia, Italia. Now that’s commitment!

And let’s not forget her pregnancy cravings in 2017. Back then, it was Alexis once again on duty, making a surprise grocery run to Publix to satisfy Serena’s very specific veggie cravings. “I was told there would be cravings. I was not told they would be these,” Ohanian quipped while filming himself in the vegetable aisle. “Zucchini, asparagus and…what’s this one called again? Artichoke. There we go. Really? These are her cravings. It’s amazing.” Turns out Serena was all about the ‘greens’ during her first pregnancy.

Fast forward to today, almost 3 years into her retirement from tennis, and Serena just showed us how she handles cravings solo. A few hours ago, the 23-time GS champion took to IG to share a series of hilarious stories. The first? A ‘contemplative shot’ of her staring out of her car window. What about the second? A suspenseful caption: “3 minutes later…” while building up the anticipation. And then, the grand reveal: Serena Williams, caught mid-bite, devouring a burger, with the camera perfectly capturing her priceless expression. Even off the court, she’s still serving up gold, this time as a pure foodie!

While Serena may indulge in cravings on the go, her shift to a plant-based diet has been a game-changer since 2011. She’s been redefining nutrition, keeping her body fueled beyond the court. In a campaign for JUST Egg, she shared her journey and the powerful reason behind embracing a cleaner, plant-powered lifestyle.

“I started trying [plant-based foods] years ago. The reason I started was because my sister, Venus, was diagnosed with Sjögren’s, and when we lived together, she changed her diet. I remember thinking, ‘I can’t bring all this bad food into the house,’ so I changed my diet as well. I realized that I didn’t feel weaker, I didn’t feel like [my body] was missing something, and I actually had a lot of energy,” Serena said.

But that’s not all! Lately, Serena Williams has been quite active on her social media, not just sharing her foodie moments but also reminding us what genuine friendship looks like. Only a few days ago, she gave a shout-out to a very special friend.

Serena Williams and Meghan Markle have shared an unbreakable friendship since 2010, and for friends, Serena never misses a chance to show up. Ahead of the grand premiere of ‘With Love, Meghan’ on March 4, the tennis icon made sure to shower Meghan with love and support, paying a visit to her home and even spending precious moments playing with little Princess Lilibet.

And it didn’t stop there! The former tennis ace then took to her IG stories, proving her unwavering support for Meghan’s Netflix venture. Sharing a clip of her TV screen streaming Two Kids from LA, the third episode of the series, Serena gave her nod to Meghan’s latest project. This 38-minute episode features the Duchess teaming up with “LA-born Korean-American” chef Roy Choi, diving into the rich flavors of Korean cuisine. In a testament to their enduring friendship, Serena publicly acknowledged Meghan in her post, adding a heart emoji as a symbol of their decade-long bond.

Even before the premiere, Serena promoted her friend and expressed love for the Duchess of Sussex: “I’m so excited for you to check out ‘WITH LOVE, MEGHAN,’ now streaming exclusively on Netflix! Join my wonderful friend @meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, as she opens up her world and shares her personal tips for the kitchen, garden, and so much more. It’s a fun and inspiring series that reminds us all how easy it is to bring a little beauty into our everyday lives, even when we least expect it. Can’t wait for you to experience it! 💖,” Serena wrote on Instagram.

Serena Williams often gives her fans glimpses of her daily life, whether it’s indulging in her ‘foodie cravings’ or standing by her best friend. However, one can’t help but wonder: Could a surprise comeback on the court for an exhibition match be possible anytime soon?

Tiger Woods’ return to competitive golf has been delayed once again following surgery to repair a ruptured Achilles tendon sustained during training at his home.

The 15-time Major champion latest setback has put his participation in the upcoming Masters, scheduled to begin on April 10, in serious doubt.

The 49-year-old, who has not played in a PGA Tour event since July last year, shared the news in a statement, explaining how the injury occurred. “As I began to ramp up my training and practice at home, I felt a sharp pain in my left Achilles, which was deemed to be ruptured,” Woods said.

Dr. Charlton Stucken of the Hospital for Special Surgery in West Palm Beach performed the minimally invasive procedure. “The surgery went smoothly, and I expect a full recovery,” Dr. Stucken reported.

Woods had initially planned to make his comeback at the Genesis Invitational in February, an event he hosts, but withdrew following the passing of his mother, Kultida.

He most recently participated in the Seminole Pro-Member tournament on March 3 and revealed the next day that he had barely practiced, admitting his “heart is not really into practicing right now” as he navigates the emotional toll of his loss.

This latest injury is yet another hurdle for Woods, whose career has been plagued by physical setbacks, including a car accident in 2021 that nearly ended his playing days and multiple back surgeries over the last decade.

Oleksandr Usyk may be the best heavyweight on the planet and one of the pound-for-pound greats of his generation, but he is still willing to admit the danger posed by the division’s top contenders.

Usyk has not been beaten in the professional ranks. After winning a Gold medal in the London 2012 Olympics, he turned over and soon began racking up the wins. By 2018 he was the undisputed cruiserweight champion, but didn’t stop there.

He moved up to heavyweight and cleaned out that division by twice beating Anthony Joshua to unify and defend the titles, then he beat Tyson Fury in May 2024 to become undisputed and also won the rematch back in December.

Usyk will soon have mandatories coming his way should he decide to fight on, including the likes of WBC Interim Champion Agit Kabayel, who is coming off the back of a big KO victory over Zhilei Zhang on February 22.

After that fight, Usyk spoke to talkSPORT Boxing about Kabayel and acknowledged he posed a big threat.

“Listen, I yesterday I said Kabayel, he is very dangerous to the body. This morning at maybe 10, 11, I told Zhilei ‘hey please, be careful to the body.’”

The special southpaw has revealed that he is now motivated by becoming a two-time undisputed champion which could lead to a fight with IBF ruler Daniel Dubois, who he has already beaten.

Despite ultimately winning the fight via KO, he was put down with a body shot from Dubois, and that is an area that people have often claimed he is vulnerable which is why Kabayel could also pose a problem were the two to fight.

Should Usyk and Dubois face off a second time, Kabayel will be expected to continue his excellent run of form – stoppages over Arslanbek Makhmudov, Frank Sanchez and Zhang – by facing another top ranked heavyweight, with both Joseph Parker and Anthony Joshua in the running.

Deontay Wilder could fight for a title in his return to boxing.

Wilder was once the feared WBC heavyweight champion, going unbeaten in his first 43 contests, making 10 defences of the belt and knocking out the likes of Luis Ortiz, Bermane Stiverne, Chris Arreola, Eric Molina and Dominic Breazeale.

His title reign was brought to an end in 2020 when he was stopped by Tyson Fury, and ‘The Bronze Bomber’ has found it extremely difficult inside the ring since then.

Wilder lost a further fight to Fury in October 2021, and while he knocked out Robert Helenius a year after that, he has since suffered defeats to Joseph Parker and Zhilei Zhang in his last two outings.

The loss to Zhang came via devastating fifth round knockout, with many fans wondering if they may see the American back in the ring again.

Wilder has now been offered a title shot upon his return though, after WBC president Mauricio Sulaiman indicated to Sky Sports that he could take on WBC interim heavyweight champion Agit Kabayel, due to the WBC not wanting to force a mandatory on Oleksandr Usyk.

“The winner of Zhang-Kabayel is of the highest level. But also we are supporting [undisputed] again because how can you see Usyk lose a belt? That was horrible. Now they might fight again for undisputed with [Daniel] Dubois. We will see. We’re not going to push anything.

“We will [support an undisputed heavyweight title fight] and we will assess what is happening, what is the best scenario.

“[Kabayel] has the WBC interim championship that [he] can defend. There’s other big fights like Joshua, Wilder or eventually even Fury. So many other possible great fights.”

Kabayel has an undefeated record of 26-0 with 18 knockouts, and has claimed wins over Zhang, Frank Sanchez and Arslanbek Makhmudov in his last three contests to become a serious threat in the heavyweight division.

It still remains to be seen if Wilder will indeed return, and his long-time rival Fury has shared his stance on if his former foe should return.

Tyson Fury shocked the boxing world when he announced his latest retirement in January.

‘The Gypsy King’ was last in action in December when he suffered a unanimous decision defeat to Oleksandr Usyk, in a rematch of their May encounter which Usyk won by split decision to become undisputed heavyweight champion.

While Fury may have suffered back-to-back defeats, it did look like it would finally set up a long-awaited showdown with British rival Anthony Joshua, with no more obstacles in the way to stop the bout.

JUST IN: WBC: Tyson Fury could come out of retirement and go straight into interim title fight

Joshua’s last bout saw him come up short in his bid to become a three-time world heavyweight champion, losing to Daniel Dubois by fifth round knockout at Wembley Stadium in September.

The plans to see Fury vs. Joshua went up in smoke though when Fury made his retirement announcement, posting a video on his social media.

“Hi everybody. I’m going to make this short and sweet. I’d like to announce my retirement from boxing. It’s been a blast, I’ve loved every single minute of it, and I’m going to end with this: Dick Turpin wore a mask. God bless everybody, see you on the other side. Get up.”

Two months on, Fury has returned to social media with a cryptic message, posting a video of himself walking out at Manchester United’s Old Trafford with the caption: “Did you miss me?”

The rumours surrounding Fury and Joshua have ramped up in the past week, with streaming powerhouse Netflix reportedly interested in staging the fight between the two British stars.

For now, ‘The Gypsy King’ does remain retired, and Joshua has since been linked to another shock match-up which could take place this summer.
