Let forget his appearance” Joe Joyce Changes His Anthony Joshua vs Daniel Dubois Fight Prediction
Anthony Joshua returns to Wembley Stadium this month to challenge for Daniel Dubois‘ new IBF World Heavyweight Title.
The two Brits have lost to Oleksandr Usyk in recent times but benefitted when he vacated the IBF strap, thus elevated Dubois to full champion and giving this intriguing clash more significance
Few are predicting it will go the distance – the pair have 45 knockouts between them and have each been stopped in at least one of the losses on their records.
In an interview with Queensberry Promotions, Joe Joyce said he was excited for the match-up.
“I think that’ll be a good fight. I’m gonna try and be there or watch it and see who gonna be the winner. It’s a very tasty fight, I like the build-up where Dubois is coming out of his shell and Joshua’s biting back, all that animosity is exciting stuff. Yeah, I can’t wait to see it.”
Joyce beat Dubois for the British, Commonwealth and European Heavyweight titles back in 2020, inflicting such damage on the younger man’s eye that he was forced to take a knee and bow out of the fight. Having also sparred Joshua, he is well-placed to make a prediction.

The 38-year-old said that he was picking ‘AJ’ for the win at first but is now leaning more towards Dubois.
“I was initially edging with Joshua but I don’t know, Dubois is coming on.
There’s also a motive behind the pick…
“It looks better for me. I beat Dubois, he beats Joshua, right?”
Joyce has assured fans he will return to the ring after a points loss to Derek Chisora in July
